3. Payment & Subscription

PEAK offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions:

• Are billed in advance (monthly or one-time)
• Auto-renew unless cancelled
• Can be cancelled anytime from your account settings
• Are non-refundable except as required by law

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the platform
• Upload malicious content or viruses
• Harass other users or staff

5. Content & Intellectual Property

PEAK content (courses, practices, materials) is owned by Peaceful Power. You may use it for personal practice but may not redistribute, resell, or claim it as your own.

6. User Content

If you post content (comments, community posts, testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for marketing and improvement of the service. You retain ownership.

7. Certification

PEAK certification is earned through completing courses and passing exams. Certification is personal to you and may not be transferred. Misrepresentation of certification status may result in revocation.

8. Limitation of Liability

PEAK is provided "as is." We're not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages beyond the amount you paid us in the last 12 months

9. Health Disclaimer

PEAK practices are for wellness and personal development, not medical treatment. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any new practice, especially if you have physical or mental health conditions.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account anytime. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Peaceful Power is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
